Strictly complying with the BRC regulations, the Quality Assurance and Quality Control Departments follows rigorous procedures for the chemical, physical, microbiological, and legislative controls of each technological ingredient, additive and processing aids used in our productions.
A suitable technological system assures the complete traceability by tracing any information related to each batch of raw materials and finished products.
Our control system is based on four fundamental pillars:
- Comprehension and identification of the "functional expectations" that the user has towards our product
- Measurement and quantification of the "expected functionality" to be able to determine it, thus controlling it
- Drawing up of a functional control operative procedure for each functionality measurement
- Implementation of the procedure within our quality system
